I am a Master Swordsman/Master Doc...is thereany way I can take down a SBD or Battle Andriod. I have had some very bad experiences with them. Any help with them would be Appreciated.

I tanked 4 SBDs onboard theVette once, almost killed one of em before they got me... so yeah, i guess so

I'm a pikeman/swordsman, in the DWB I switch to pikes, on the vette I go with swords, they'll go down just takes time.

bring 20 friends, that worked for me in the DWB.

I went to Endor wp 0,0 and I got brave and decided to take one on. It did absolutely nothing to me, I would have stayed and killed it, but I was doing hardly any damage to it......lol. So I guess as long as you don't agro a load of them on you, you should be fine. Just be prepared for a long fight. I'm not even sure if it's worth it either. Do they drop anything???

No, the XP/hour is crap when you are fighting them, and they drop nothing. But, yes, if you are wearing armor, and get them up close and personal with you, they won't take you down.

I tanked 6 in the DWB while everyone ran to the crafting rooms, died after about 5 minutes though.

It's dumb to fight them. I solo'd one, just to say I did, but it was a stupid waste of time and equipment. Took me a long time whacking on it with my old Scythe.

Can be done but you need a high damage scythe to do it. Too much blast resist on those puppies.

hey do you guys think that a rifleman/swordsman and fill the rest in with do cwould work well? i am goin this template here and i am trying to sum up what all i can kill and what all i cant kill. so your opinions would be greatly appreciated. thanx all.

Yes, with good armor you can take them down. BUT they are not worth it unless you are tanking for a group that is paying you well (enough for a new full set of armor, you'll need it) to run the Bunker or Vette.
