will 92 speed cap out a 5.8 speed power hammer?

Should do, i use 5.9 hammers usually and am capped without my +3 speed AA

oh boy oh boy!! I have been trying to cap for months and had no luck due to my poorness i have been at plus 10 speed for a long time and always get beat. I m now going to be getting a plus 7 to add omg i am soooo excited! thanks for your response 5*'s for ya
