Hello I looted a Counter Attck + 16 ca, but I can not c much evidence of it beining usefull.

It's in my Bandoleer with +12 2h speed tape.

Could someone tell me what this mod does ?

+ I have a speed cap and my 737 hammer is just not enough (damb afk'ers and their 1100 k max hammers)

Where can I loot a better one (258 max acklay bones just wont do .....)

Lol, haven't you ever read your combat log where it says that you or your target counterattacked? That is a mod that reportedly works. If it said 2h counterattack, then that one doesn't work.

counterattack does work. its seems to be more beneficial in pvp (for some uknown reason).

Counterattack is a very usefull mod, PvP mainly the NPC's seem to have extreme accuracy and hit almost every time
