It's worth it if it is really "Counterattack" and not "2 handed melee Counterattack", the latter is useless. But 3 mil for an attachment that high is very well worth it.

there is an auction on the flurry boards for a counterattack +15 its only at 3 million right now. This seems low to me for such a great skill... any comments
