what # of attachment would i need to max speed out on pike and sword
with no fs boxes

Depends solely on the quality of the attachments 
at master Swords you get +75 2hand speed, so you'd need... 1 +20 tape/AA or 2 +10's, or 4 +5's.. etc etc.. same with Pikes, only I'm not sure what you get at Master Pikes for your base speed. Highest + from a tape/AA is +25, so you'd only need one of these to be totally capped.
