I am a Master Swordsman and Master Brawler with some Fencer and Pike. The counterattack seems to work, but i can't tell if the dodge from fencer and the block from pike are working, if anyone know is they all work together?

stacking does work currently, like you still get your defense mods from fencer/pike, they might change it in the CU so that stacking is not as effective or that it is completely disabled

Counterattack only works when using a swordsman weapon or a carbine, dodge only with pistols and fencer weapons, block with rifles and pikes.

Defense stacking works just fine and will all feed into how hard you are to hit as a swordsman. I enjoy having a fencer mastery (love the fencer dodge "hop" when using the stick), but really, the unarmed toughness of TK is pretty spectactular against high end mobs, and technically a better choice. Pistoleer defenses work as well.
