Whats the lowest HAM cost you have seen on a 2 hand curved sword I think the one I am using right now is high at 20/60/20 but have no idea at all.

That's pretty good. Mine are 35/67/40, but that's because I use an advanced sword core and experiment on both the core and the weapon for max dmg and speed (my current schematic is 36-182/3.5).

With a normal sword core, and focusing on Experimental Effectiveness, I could probably get the HAM costs down below what you listed. At the expense of damage, of course.
