Just wondering what the average dmg all you masters are hitting for without specials and guess the stats on your blade.

I'm far from Master but the highest I'vedone is a 3000 damage headhit2 on a friend while dueling.

I'm getting close to master. 2hand head hit 3 on a relatively easy target I hit for 5300 damage.

Your mistaken... there is no way a rifle, pistol, or carbine is doing more damage than a Swordsman. Unless you are a BH or Commando and using something up and above... then thats not right. Melee attacks do wayyy more damage by far.

6k with ranged? Hah, mind sharing us which profession, gun, and special move you were using to attain that 6k damage? I am quite skeptical because I think the only ranged class that can hit remotely near 6k is a rifleman.

He means that he can hit a ranged opponent for 6000.

I can one-shot kill tusken raiders for 5000-ish damage, but if they are in melee mode that drops way down, to 2000 at best for me.

6k dmg is when I hit somebody holding a rifle

2.5k dmg is when I hit another melee.

And you're wrong btw. My rifle hits people with Advanced strafeshot for 3k and it's only a laser rifle. So, rifles do hit for more dmg, it's just that when melee hits a rifle holder, that's when we do more dmg than any other class.

oh, my sword dmg is 59-257 1.9s. So, I'm guessing that's an avg 2 handed curved sword. And my laser rifle is an avg laser rifle as well. Can't forget that both weapons appear to be Ap2 as well. So the dmg in the combat chat isn't what the actual dmg is.

Combat chat dmg Actual AP2 dmg if no armor and no resistence

With sword - rifle holder: 6000 dmg 9735 dmg (pretty close estimate)

With sword - melee: 2500 dmg3906 dmg (pretty close estimate)

With Rifle - rifle holder/melee: 3000 dmg 4687 dmg (pretty close estimate)

Laser rifle is also half the speed of a two handed curved sword.

umm, you guys aren't doing that much dmg against melee I can tell you that lol.

Melee, the most dmg I've done was 2.5k

ranged, the most dmg I've done was over 6k

2handhit3 is the strongest attack for a master heavy swordsman so far. Not sure about area3, because it seems to be bugged.

MeleeHit2 at level missions 15 (Novice+3) : 3007 dmgs (on a Captain Tusken if I remember well,the first time I looted one of them).
