trandoshan

could you please offer me some suggestions on what race goes well with this profession,tell me of your experiences etc.

It would seem rodian would seeing as how they get the 2hand accuracy and speed mods. I'm human and kick much ass however.

i thought trandoshan were pretty skilled swordsman, I am human as well

you can use whatever you want. But you should be able to wear every peace of armor.
It will hurt if something strong hits a trandoshan in the foot for 1000 damage, good armor would cut the damage to 200.

Hi! im going to be a Swordsman (0-4-0-4), CH (4-4-4-0) and a Master Bio Engineer nad im going to be a Trandoshan for they fits to be a swordsman ( wel that's my opinion ).
They looks like a swordsman, because they are 2m high and looks strong, and i mean that its important to be a race that fits your Professions

And the Trandoshan gets:

Health +250

Strength +300

Constitution +400

and

Regeneration +1.

I mean that Trandoshan is a good way to go for those who whant to be a swordsman, but that is just my opinion. But whatever you do, DONT be a Wookiee, they cant use ANY type of armor!!!

If someone out there mean that im wrong or means that i should do/chooce somthing else feel free to tell me

Human is the best breed for Swordsman (and most other professions). Human has the highest average cap (1100)on all the blue attributes. A human swordsman should migrate all stats into the blue attributes.Because doc enhances are so god-like in this game, all the other attributes becomes irrelevant as a doc will enhance them by thousands. I neverplay withoutdoc buffs.

I started as a trandoshan and mastered swordsman with that char. I regretted it bitterly though as the Krayt or FS NPC would hit me in the foot or the hand and I would almostinsta incap. So stay away from trandoshan for any melee profession that requires armor.

As a human master brawler/master Swordsman/Doctor 0-4-3-0 you will be able to use enhance Ds yourself (+2000 to +2500 all health and action att), put a 80% composite armor on all body parts, have a maxed mind ham at 1100 (+ food buffs). This combination makes you a better tank than a graul mauler and you can easily tank/kill a Krayt Dragon with /warcry2 and mind bleed. I addition to beeing the ultimate pvm battle machine you can also revive your friends and use uberstims that heal that 2500 HAM in one heal.

you're all wrong.

at master a wookiee can use a powerhammer and not feel the special costs at all! because we can max our strength to 900

i use specails all day long. (master factors in speed with slower hammers)

and the powerhammer does the most damage.

swords eat too much action for the feeble damage.

i used a 3.8 sliced hammer for when im going up the ranks.

Zabrak all the way

With high Willpower, extra state defense, and the Zabrak only move: Equillibrium, they make awesome melee's. Equillibriium has saved me countless times when in a jam. It gives a fairly decent mind heal if you are in danger of being incapped and one of your other pools is still fairly high. Zabraks also have another special move, Vitalize, but I never use it anyways. Besides, chicks dig the horns and facial tattoo's

I'm a Zabrak as well and I love it, but I don't nessecarily think its the best choice. Really, all the races people mentioned will work just fine, I just wouldn't recommend something like Bothan or Mon Cal. Otherwise pick what you feel like playing, and what suits you the best. I chose Zabrak for two simple reasons, the awesome mind regeneration and yea of course, they look cool as hell. But really, choose what fits your personality best and you'll make it just fine, as long as you adjust your playing style accordingly.
