Thread: Armor for a swordsman with secondary profs

What is the best armor to use for a Swordsman/riflemaster/TKA? I don't want to switch mid-battles. I hear about the ubesi 65+ kinnetic. How's that one? Or a 75+ comp? I know those armors are insane with the encumb, so any advice before I buy a lot of them?
At the moment I don't have any armor at all, and I am only Apprentice Swordsman. I like it alot, but I also get beaten up pretty hard. So, all armor advice is welcome.

It all depends on ur race too. Im zabrak and am 0243 sword. I use a mix of the ubese 75% kinetic and 3layer comp with base of 70%. It's all sliced for encumb. Mix and match till u get all encumb sliced stuff and can still take it off and on so u heal in camps fast. After that, "kick a little ass, make a little love".

Thanks for the reply. 
Why do you mix Ubese and 3layer comp? Why not go full out on one of them? Oh, and I am human, btw.

Go with a Ubesse jacket so u get your torso and upper arms protected with one piece of armor...much lower ham cost with only 1 piece vs 3....and if u are PVE the kinetic from the Ubesse is probably all you really care about resist wise. I think my jacket is 72% kinetic.

I got a full set of Ubese armor now. It rocks. Thanks for the replies guys.
