I just got the schematic and died shortly after. It says i have to be a master weaponsmith to learn it. Since I'm not planning to do weaponsmith anytime soon, I thinking that I should make some bucks off of the schematic and have one made for me when i sell it. So im just looking for figures on how much this thing is really worth.

It's worth enough that you should give it to someone w/ a novice swordsman tag on for free so they can enjoy the new weapon.

and um besides--you can give the schematic to a master WS and let him craft it for you.

I've already got the materials and the weaponsmith lined up--now all i need is the geonosian cubes.

I would pay 20k for it tops and thats only if my first 2 scythes turn out bad.

I agree with the ideal of zippo being for the schematic. Cause any swordsman that has lvl 3 in combat xp can get the mission.

btw it's not a swordsman exclusive mission you all. if you do fark up and miss out on the treasure chest, you can ask anyone to get the missions for you. i did them as a bounty hunter with no swordsman skills whatsoever.

I would say the schematic would be worth around 200k or so. Please do not listen to the swordsman asking you to give it away. They may not realize, but they are simply doing themselves a disservice by trying to devalue their weapons. If the schematic is worth very little, most people will not bother with the quest. And if the finished weapon itself is worth very little, most weaponsmiths will not bother making it at all - why waste power cubes in a scythe they have to practically give awaywhen they can make disrupter rifles that sell for millions of credits? I assume that your goal here is to have high quality scythes to be avialable to swordsman that can make good use of them... lets be realistic here folks, these are not going to be cheap on the open market. Weapons wear out, this is a limited schematic with components that are going to be valued very highly in a competitive market- if you go out expecting to pick up a scythe for a song, you're going to very dissappointed.
