theres a fella in Mos Eisley or Espa that can reset all Tatooine missions. I'm not at home right now so I can't find the exact details.But you can do it multiple times

Are you sure I heard this was a one time only mission. As for the other themeparks and what not I thought you could have these reset once so they can not be farmed or am I mistaken?

Get someone else to do it.
Ive not heard of any way of resetting that mission, so you'll just have to get someone else to do it and trade you the schematic.

The planetary record keeper is outside the Mos Eisley cantina on the northwest corner of the building.

the guy for the scythe quest is in mos entha in a "building" just out side the starport, the recordkeeper is at 3385, -4792 (not sure on theose coords, i just have a pice of paper with numbers on it... i have alot of those
)

Coords? For crying outside the cantina on the northwest corner. If you get real lost just do a lap and you will come across the tat. record keeper eventually.
