the axe has VERY LOW ham usuage. It has lower max and min damage then a scthe and is slower. BUT it does a MIND DISEASE DOT. in pvp u can diseas a persons mind it is great even if u lose u totaly messed em up on wounds. Oh and from what ive seen it appears to stack. not sure though. also no need to DB them soon as they up from an incap unless they take spice asap or get doc to heal it they down again with more wounds. IN pve it in addition to disease dot appears to have a unintended or intended special effect on a target if used long enough. with master swordman and a speed slice ( speed is best) u basicly hit speed cap.

Where can I find the npc that gives you this mission? I'm also interested in finding the npc that gives the scythe mission? (I thought I heard someone say they looted theirs from a mission)

its a lil dif for everyone mine was like 66-167 and 3.9 speed with only 50 mind disease though its fun to do area attack in a big pvp cluster a few times no i dont think this weapon will be better then the scyth to slow and to low hits rgardless of the dot it has i'll duel and one with my scyth (when i get it made) that has the axe if htey wantto find out
there both kinetic damage anyway so not diff there
