Swordsman Archive

A guildie friend of mine said it should always be on (im assuming running a macro nonstop) but he was referring to a fencers COB. My questions:

1) does COB work for Swordsman like it does for Fencer?
2)Should I make a macro that loops it every few seconds?
3)What Does COB actually do?

1) sort off yes but instead of giving a better chanse to dodge like fencer it gives us a better chanse to counterattack

2) yes you should

3) it gives you an added chanse of sucesfuly using one of your defences .. aka counterattack
