Thread: Question about red /con mobs and being a Swordsman

I think it's odd. Why is it that mobs /con red to me when I was a novice or am a 0011 Swordsman when I can solo these mobs unbuffed (except for brandy), full set of 80% Kin Comp on, and my 135/469/3.9 (sliced) hammer equipped. It doesn't make sense. Esp when I switch weapons to something weaker in another profession, the /con changes to yellow.
Why is this exactly? If we can rip thru red /con mobs like they were melted swiss cheese, why do they /con as red??

My 80% Kin Comp also had a 63% base pre-slice. Well, it just so happens that I think I got about 2 encumb slices and the rest were base. So, now my base is anywhere from 77% to 83%.
Makes it MUCH easier to be able to handle NPC's a well as Creatures. I took a mission to hit up a trade federation camp last night. As soon as I got there, they started nailin me with all energy weapons. Had I been wearing Ubese, I would have been in the cloning center. But, as it happens, i was wearing my mainly 77% to 83% Base Comp which took those energy weapon hits quite well. With a bit of paying attention to HAM, using specials at the right time, and healing at just the right time, I was able to take apart the entire base in no time with really no worries about dying.
Does it kill my stats? Of course. But, I always buff up on brandy before hittin lairs. So, while my Health and Action secondaries may be around the 30 point mark on each, it's no big deal because my Mind (onBrandy)is plenty to be able to regen after hits as well as regen after heals to be able to keep me alive even during some of the toughest fights.
As long as I don't get Dizzy/KDed by any mobs (which seems to happen a good bit while soloing Faambas at 0011 Swordsman), I'm good to go pretty much indefinitely against mid level NPC's or high-mid level mobs.

thats why they invented psgs my ube is 77 kin 16 rest my psg is 32 % all except like 3 one of em is kin
so i have
77% kin
48% energy
works fine for me. i fight elite merks blood razors and thoes other red guyson lok when im out kimo hunting. just means i have to use less brandy and canape
