thats my prob though, or at least while im disapointed, is i got +6 speed tape, and am trying to get 2 more, so i can at least get my 18. i put a min speed power up, and i acually am starting to like it when kinetic protect=blast. i took on the inquisitor 3 times with it since i got it today, and its much better, hits every second for 1800-2k(900-1k or so after armor. which is faster then my hammer, which is at 5.0 after 15% speed

what luck too, had such great slices on my ackley hammers, 29 speed, 30 speed, 30 dmg, and now this. well, a nice blade has become a pretty good curved sword. well im done ranting

Actually, it's not too bad. Assuming that you got an original speed of 2.6 (as most weaponsmiths tend to get), a 19% speed slice brings you to 2.18 or 2.2, thereby allowing you to more or less to hit speed cap on specials, that is, if you only have the Swordman's speed modifier of +75.
If you are not capped on speed i.e. via tapes and such, a 19% speed slice is equivalent to a 19% increase in damage per sec. So, not too bad at all...

I can sympathize.one of my scythe blades CRITICALEDon assembly,the other came out as185-331 at 2.7... which then got a speed slice to 1.9, very useful to someone with speed +93... grrrr. I killed akrayt and a legion of crazy geonosians for this? bah
far as Im concerned,they can take damage mitigation and shove it...the only thing in this game that needs to be mitigated is therandom number generator

Heh...I got 1 with a damage of 200 - 328 I think...speed sliced to 1.6... 
Well, needless to say, it's my new favourite weapon for PvE...

For those who wish to sell it because of such low stats, can you send a mail to Woobakka with the stats on it? I may pay quite a price for it

acually, used it today in pvp. until i get my remaing 12 speed points, this is not bad at all. i did quite well fighting 2 people in comp armor(buffed they were, not sure on how much in the mind), and well, although it could be much better, i am very happy with it for now.

Not quite, it is 1/(1-0.19)=1.23.... So it is an 23% increase in damage per second.
