Thread: How much do Scythes go for?

I know they are rare and only a few have them on every server. For example: lets say the stats are 2.5 150-300 damage, what is it worth or a 2.8 250-450, whatever. Not sure about stats but you get the general idea, how much are scythes worth?

A decent one on Corbantis will cost you 400k - 600k. I have seen some go for 1.5 million or more. I bought one for 400k, speed sliced and it was fairly nice for finishing Heavy Swordsman.

So I guess it's pretty wrong for weaponsmiths to try to sell it for 3 million?

Three words: Free Market Economy. So it's not wrong for a WS to try to sell it for 3mil. Whether they actually make a sale is another question though.

You can sell anything for...well anything. Whether you get anything for it is the main factor -- Scythe schematics aren't hard to get, but are hard to use for full potential.

On Eclipse they seem to be running anywhere from 250K - 600K. Just depends on if you catch the WS in a good mood.
Ironically, people are trying to sell Scythe Schematics for 1,000,000 Credits -- not flying though so people are lowering their prices.

Ouch, it cost me 50k for the 2 I had made for me (on Flurry). I did supply all the Geonosian parts and schematics (scythe, sword core, cubes, solidifying agents). I guess I caught a master weaponsmith in a really, reallygood mood. For another 50k, he made a couple of those E-whatever carbines for me since I had that schem in the bag of loot I gave him. Not that I'll ever use 'em.

I bought one for 250K and another for 350K...it just depends if you get lucky or not.

Got mine for free, all I did was supply the schematic and genosian parts. Guild WS made it for me, nice stats on it though I cannot rember them atm since I am at work. Ahhhhhhhhh.....

A well known WS on Naritus, Dy-nod if your on the server, sells them for 500k
His are imo some of the best on the server
