i just dropped CH and became master sword/MD. Alot of ppl have mentioned being spd capped. caan anyone give me some insight into this. i have 2 1.8 spd scythes a 3.5 spd hack all of which do over 300 base max dmg.

i am just learning this profession and want to maximize it as much as possible for pvp.

Becoming speed capped means that you will always swing your weapon at the professionally-universal cap of once every second. To do this, you have to increase your Two-Handed speed mod through the use of Skill-enhancing Attachments (SEA's), which come in the form of Clothing Attachments (CA's) or Armor Attachments (AA's). These items are usually looted off of high-level NPC's or found in caves in things like Magiseal containers, piles of trash, and loose debris. Swordsman SEA's are among the most expensive, and on most servers sell for 1 million credits per point of speed bonus. If you want to find them yourself, the most common ways to get them are doing Aakuan Champion missions on Talus (can vary from -6 to +6), hunting Nightsisters (Elders can drop up to +25, the highest possible), or frequenting caves with lootable containers (though I'm pretty sure these can only be as high as +1). It is possible to get SEA's from Treasure Maps and Locked Containers, but the odds are very rare to get any at all; so the chance of finding a 2H speed SEA from one of these 2 methods is astronomical.

with those sycthes youll become speed capped at master whether you use tapes or not.

So if u have a scythe with average speed,one that hasnt been speed sliced, what level of speed tape do u need to max out.Thanks for any help in advance.
