son of a.. Apparantly Friday brings premature message postings, ruining my swordswoman haiku. boo... If it weren't so close to the weekend friday would suck. because thats when everyone does all their work, and then they screw stuff up, and have to have it NOW! so then they call the helpdesk, and I say "hello this is the helpdesk" and things generally go downhill from there.

Like for instance someone shipped me a broken mouse from across the continental united states, with a post it on it, indicating this mouse needed replacing. I guess a phone call or an email was just too time consuming. as opposed to packing, and shipping a broken mouse. Let me do the mouse shipping people.

Also, is there an edit post dealy bob? I could totally use one of those.
