Im working on getting Master Swordsman, and was wondering if I should have a ranged profession to go along with it? I was thinking maybe Rifleman or Carbineer, dont really want pistol , unless its definatly the best. I think Rifleman would be good though, but wanted to check what you guys think.

I got some TKA, Medic, and Scout thrown in my Swordsman as well.

Yes do rifleman, I did rifleman for a while when I was swordsman for 3+ months and when I faced Black Sun mobs they went down in seconds with the rifleman/swordsman combo using mindbleed and mindshot/hits- then again they nerfed bleed stacks.

its up to you, personally I hate grinding/having professions at once, I like to pick a weapon and stick to it, not constantly be deciding/switching

A ranged profession help's in PvP especially because of Ranged Mitgation 3 but personally I prefer Doctor. 4/0/3/0 will be enough, just so you can heal states, fires, poisons, and disease as well as heal yourself up to 2500 a shot

Master Swordsman with Master Riflemen is a great combination, as you can go from a far position, hit it with some headshots, bleed them, then when they come up to you, you finish it off with swordsman, stack the bleed, and your good.

Heal not buff, most great buff packs have a medical usage of 91 and thus require master doc (a 0/0/4/0 doc only has 90 medical usage). Personally I'd go with fencer for the amazing defense bonuses and melee mitigation 3. With this and more, you might be able to solo big game like the Acklay and GDKs or NS elders.

I'm currently working on a template which is Master Swordsman/Master Commando. So i can basically kill anything that runs. And this template is also good for PvE....I might do Master brawler and Master Swordsman too.
