Hey everyone,

I have done a few templates for toons in the past, but have never really worked on getting good ones to match master swords. In the next few days, i will be master swords with 0440 doc...i have three templates i am looking at using, and i need some opinions as to which you would go with (or if you have any better suggestions). This toon will be for PvE, rarely doing any type of pvp. I really want to keep 0440 doc for the self-buffs and med use, but i just wanted to get some opinions for fun...enjoy!

Template 1 - The Defender

Master Swordsman

Doc 3440

4000 Fencer

(I like this one because of the stacking of melee defense)

Template 2- The Meditator

Master Swordsman

Doc 0440

4003 TKA

(This one is nice because of level 4 meditate, but also has a decent amount less melee and ranged defense)

Template 3- Always on the up and up

Master Swordsman

Doc 3440

Pike 0040

(Kind of an "out there" one, this one has monster status defenses, but ALOT less melee and ranged defense)

I went Master Swordsman/4404TKA/Master Pistoleer
Why Pistoleer? one day we will have dual wield =) But I will be in EQ2 already

Do you insist on having doc 3-4-4-0??

if not i would drop to 3-0-4-0 and then either master brawler or get 4-4-0-0 fencer.

Master Swordsman/Fencer 4-4-0-0/Doctor 3-0-4-0 - you can heal all ur states so no need for state defense. also u can heal intimidate so that extra defense will stack nicely.

Master Swordsman/Master Brawler/Doctor 3-0-4-0 - intimidate 2, warcry 2 (use this is someone puts a particularly potent dot on you), lunge 2, and of course the nice little 2 hand mods.

if you just want me to pick from the templates u have listed id go for the first one.

Hmmm...i definitely see the logic in getting fencer 4400 or master brawler...so, i guess that brings me to my next opinion question...what is going to be more important, the massive defense from fencer or the speed and intimidate bonuses from brawler? (Lets give the example that i like to hunt krayts with one or two other ppl as a framework for what i would use this template for)
