alot of speculation, would like to hear quotes or people that have the tree via unlock already. Is it equal to sea value?? percentage?? whats your take on it?

Well looking at it each box in the tree gives +3 melee speed for a total of +12. I would think SEA value as it's a universal mod that will apply to any Melee profession.

teras kasi and fencer...nothing...except when grinding...
but swordsman and pikeman, HUGE benefits.
To speed cap master swordsman, you need +96 speed. At master swords you get +75, add master brawler, thats +80. If you get FS melee speed thats boosts you up to 92. At +92 speed, your swinging the slowest move with a 5.9 speed acklay hammer(2 handed hit 3) at 1.5 seconds. As opposed to 3.8 seconds (master swordsman, master brawler +80 2h speed). So, as you can see, the damage per second is GREATLY effected. Personally, i was lucky enough to get 2 free FS trees. As a swordsman PvE'er, i chose melee speed and luck. I have noticed luck effect things greatly. Got my first exceptional loot since i got luck, and some 223/157 bones among other things. Anyhow, back to the point : swordsman + melee speed = SWEET. Tk does abount 1.5k-2k damage per second at master...with FS melee speed and swordsman your doing around 3k-4k damage per second.

I unlocked all the Melee trees for FS when i went to the village on day one.
And yes it does make a HUGE dif, I am a swordsman and love it now.
Hammers are faster, Hacks are now deadly, scythe are even better now.
All in all it makes a huge dif.
I was fighting a player the yesterday and he was stumped at the speed and dam i layed on him.
I LOVE the FS trees for melee.
