Thread: Static GDK at Kimo Town

Hello ya'll....
Was wondering if i could get it 100% clear, the static GDK on Lok, Kimo Town one, does it drop anything, or doesn't it?
I've heard all sorts of things about it... just wanna know if it drops the GDK scales, only tell me tho, if you have got a GDK scale from it yourself, or know anyone that has 
Also... the Cas Voos (or sum like that)I guy, does he drop anything? I mean, he has nice HAM and such Is he worth the killing??

Yes, the Static GDK at Kimo Town does drop the loot scales needed for RIS Armor. I looted five scales off it...though it probably took 100+ kills to get those 5 damn scales.
As for the cranky dude that spawns near him....I have never, ever looted anything off him.

ahhhh you gotta lub cas the greedy greedy npc, hes just protecting his friend
and they do drop the scales just not often, natural spawn are better, if you can find

Lol, I'm not too sure cause I was doing a lot of killing at the time, but I'm pretty sure I looted a sunguard off the NPC once. No mods and crappy condition, but I'm almost positive it came off his filthy carcas.

gdk are cheap bastages.. ive killed over 60 and havent gotten nothing but kimo scales

Where's the best place to find wild GDKs? All I ever find around Mt. Chaolt (sp?) are dune kimos or anything else but GDKs?
Do they spawn from lairs? Seems to me they never do...
Anyway, any help is appreciated.

i have found a few near the imp outpost. its seems to be a great place for kimos GDK and otherwise. But it might not be the same for all servers.

they always spawn random . when you find one, it will respawn at the same place 3 times ( it makes 4 kills )

I've prolly killed about 20 of em, only got Kimo Scales once (not GDK ones 
)
)But it's good to know that the kimo town one drops, that way I can kill it first, then head to the volcano..
I usually find GDK's after like 2 minutes of search at the volcano
