Bassically I have the option to buy a +6 2h Speed Shirt for very cheap, 1 problem, it is 10/1000 Condi. Is it worth it?

Depends on how cheap it is, how often you usually die, and if you plan to keep it insured.
I sure wouldn't use it in PVP though. That would be a good PVE shirt for me.

PvE only, I dont suspect ill die much, and cheap is around 2 million.

Sure only need clothing repair tool and a Master tailor (less risk while repairing)
damn, never seen a clothing repair tool! This is good news

The bonus still work on clothes even if condition is zero...Don't try to repair it you might destroy it

Why? It doesn't decay when you die if it is insured. Shirts also don't take hits on condition from fighting.

infact i do it the other way around i pee my pants taking my +14 speed out in PvE cos if i die it gets decay if i die in GCW or PvP related theres no decay and thats what i use it for
