Thread: IS a single tree of swordsman worth it?

Computer auto posted on me there. Anyway what I was trying to ask is with that setup for PvE an alternate damage source is swordsman worth it or should I climb the fenver tree for defence and alternate source of a stun batton. You opinions please. Either is fine with me I just want the most effective. Any other suggestions would be ok too. Such as TKM, MID, Master Brawler and Medic. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

With one tree of swordsman, for offense, your speed and accuracy are going to be horrible; power hammer only really becomes worthwhile once you get close to speedcapping, otherwise you'll be using the scythe, which is only kinteic anyway. I wouldn't recommend it personally.
I would however recommed mastering swords b/c for pve, if you want to self sufficient, nothing can rival it. (Rifles maybe but ineffective if agroed in melee).

I've had some good times being 0/4/1/0 Swords as my only combat skills. I went up the speed branch, and took the 0/0/1/0 for the area attack (I think)
I also have one FS box in Melee speed as well, which I'm sure helps.

Out of experience, the real only way Swords will be a good profession is if you master it.
