Are 33%max damage 16%min damage PUs possible

how about the opposite

33% min damage 33% max damage PUs possible?

No I don't think it is possible, the max % you can get on a meleePU is 16%.

guess it depends on the resources used but on gorath someone has 16%max 33% ideal and 7% speed ....great!

i found some +16%max dmg, +33% range +6%min dmg.

i heard experimenting 1 pt at a time help getting 3rd stat on pup .. never tried btw.

its actually feasable to get 5 stats on powerups, if you have 12 points and zero assembly... but i'll leave that upto you to discover how

I've seen 16% Max 8% min and 33% to someother stat I'm not sure what it is at the moment though.
