What is a good damage/speedrange for a powerhammer. for a scythe?

mine is 350-929 -38 range mods and 6 spd

If master, I'd say

PH: faster then5.5 seconds, higher then 600 dmg.

Scythe: 2.6 seconds, higher then 330 dmg.


Grinding:

1.7 spd scythe, any dmg.

Acklay speed sliced PH 3.5 spd or so. 480s+ dmg


All pretty easy to get. nothing uber about them.
