This is kinda off topic, but I'm an aspiring swordsman who's having a problem and just wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this situation.

Two days ago I bought a full set of Chitin armor, which looks just fine but seems to have some technical problems. Upon examination, the HAM encumberances appear just fine, about 240 from Health and Action and 330 from Mind, but when I equip the pieces my Strength, Constitution, Quickness, Stamina, Focus and Willpower all get dropped by several hundred points each. This is brutal for XP'ing because I can't regen any stats worth a darn.

Has anyone else experienced this bug? The Armorsmith who made it, said only one other person she had made Chitin for has had this problem.

I've already filled out a CS ticket, just curious about you guys' experiences.

Here's a bigger nightmare...

I took off my Chitin armor.... and my stats are still the same! I can't even equip a piece of BONE!

Hey Red, so I guess you had the same problem. When I took off my Chitin many of my stats were still lower than they should have been. I accidentally found a partial solution to the lowered stat problem, while in Moenia on Naboo I got jumped by 4 Thugs. Needless to say, with my crappy stats I only killed 3 and the last one incapped and finished me off, when I rezed back in the nearest Clone Facility, I was in my undies and my stats all fine except for some wounds. After getting all my stuff off my corpse (all the new Chitin was uninsured and getting healed, all my stats were almost back to normal. I still have a -14 from my Focus for no reason at all and my Chitin still takes from the wrong stats.

Maybe a quick death could solve your stat problem too.

It's not bugged armor, it's bugged stats. Just relog and it'll fix everything. If relog doesn't fix it, know that it's a DISPLAY ERROR. Your real stats can be determined by doing a special and checking out how much HAM you lost.

I've relogged several times, both with the armor on and off, it's still the same.

Display error, do you mean that it's just showing the wrong number for my non-HAM stats? I don't think that's the case, because my HAM regen is wrecked, which seems to indicate that my stats really are buggered.

You might try eating some buffs from a Chef to see if its a part of the stat-loss bug.
