Thread: Rancor Teeth as Sword Cores in Scythes?

Anyone ever made a Scythe using Rancor Teeth, or is the variance in min/max dmg too great to create an effective weapon? I've been looking everywhere for the highest dmg possible and so far the best I have is like 30 min/max, however I just saw a set of 5 Bile Soaked Rancor Teeth up for bid, they are rated at 15/65 min/max dmg....anyone think these would work well?

It all depends on how good the WS is in making the geno cores to start with. I made a rancor tooth 2 hand curved and wasn't impressed with it.


So, if the WS can make better geno sword cores than the rancor teeth, thats the way to go.


Now, if the bile-soaked teeth ever did something like a disease DOT, hmmmmmmmm......................

From what i have been told by a master ws you can't use rancor teeth in scythes at all.
