do 2 handed dmg skill mods work?

Not right now, it was taken out, but hang onto it until the combat balance, you never know what that will bring - unarmed damage tapes work, so they might make 1h,2h and polearm damage tapes necessary again..

The evasion andcounterattack were REPLACED with something, so it's unlikely we'll see either of those two work again..
