Thread: Master Doctor and Swordsmen?

Just kinetic and Blast, BUT we do mind dmg.... which is pretty nice, i am not a master swordsman yet(2-4-3-4 actually my sign says that i am master, but i am close, so i changed already) and i am master doc (18 points left i use to change from novice scout to novice artisan and get some hides and resources to make my stimpacks and buffs) and i can already solo almost everything on the game... even ns elders(died for a ns elder yesterday, but my chest platewas 0 condition after5 min of fight lol). The only problem is with those damn Super Battle Droids.... the have ap-3100% blast resist and kinetic 85%. I do use some weapon to mind disease and mind poison the target sometimes too... just to help

thanks for the help so far. So far im liking what ive heard of the class. TKM only have that one type of damage and that annoys me Also i need a change as the class is beggining to get boring for me

Currently I am master Doctor and TKM. I like tkm but i think i might need a change for awhile. I have already been fencer so thats out of the question. I think a high damage profession like swordsmen would work nicely with doc skills. Is it worth taking swordsmen without taking master brawler? How much better is damage with swordsmen over that of tkm? I know they get kinetic and blast but do they get any other damage types?

i was a TKM / Doc for many months before i made the change to Swordsman / Doc, and i'm reallllly glad I did.. its a superb profession, really opens up the game because basically.. you can solo pretty much anything in the game. I was a bit worried as people have slated Swordsman in PvP and i do like to dabble a bit, but i've held my own numerous times as a Swordsman / Doc now.
+ you get a big shiny scythe.. which i still think is one of the best looking weapons in the game

i still need to change my sig, but I just went swordsman from tkm and it is great. I also switched MD for CM. How's that for a flop.lol My buddy Darrsk just finished Commando. Let me tell you. Krayt's? We are Kryat slaughtering fools!. It is scary.
