Is 2H speed as important as it was pre-cu?
If I buy +speed tapes will it speed up the rate I can do special attacks or just my auto-attack?
and.........
What is now the best/most sort after2h tape?2h Accuracy?

speed isnt as important as pre-cu for 2 reasons. 1 there is no more hard cap, so everyone isnt trying to hit xx amount of speed. 2 is SAC, it has become our limiting factor, so the faster you swing the faster you will run out of action. (in most cases)
itll speed up everything, but not by as much per point as pre-cu.
2h accuracy is nice to have as it relates directly to the amount of damage you can do.

IMO speed is the the most important factor along with healing. You can have the most uber dmg hammer on the server, but if the speed is 3.0 and you don't have speed buffs + speed oriented template + speed tapes it will do you no good because you will be outhealed plus you will have to wait that much longer before you can heal again yourself.
You won't notice a big difference as you start climbing over 100-120spd in your auto attack but you will still get a difference in your special cooldown timers. Not only is that important for getting in your next attack but also for being able to heal again as I stated earlier.
A good swordsman lives by melee hit and seizes opportunities as recognized to apply short bursts of heavy hitting specials.
