Hey guys,
I'm considering deleting my alt and returning to my roots by making him a Master Swordsman/Master Doctor. I'm wondering a few things about the profession, as I have not played with it at all since the CU.
Is Power Hammer still the best swordsman weapon? I heard a few of the Kashyyyk weapons are fairly good, the ones that come to mind is the Sith Sword and the N-K Executor (the ones that drops from Necrosis), but mainly because of their low SAC cost.
Are there any useful cybernetics out there that many swordsman use?
Now, I've mainly been playing my jedi lately so I'm not familiar with the new slicing set up, but in slicing a Swordsman weapon, is it more desirable to aim for SAC or Damage?
Last question to come to mind is that is Zabrak still the main species to be? Any Ithorian swordsman out there with an idea on their max Health at lvl 80 or any of their non-crafting related attributes?

sorry no positive answers to your question, but i would like to offer a DO IT!! i loved/miss my swordsman, he was a mbrawler/tkm/mswords/0040fencer. yum yum good ole days good luck with your temp.

I'm assuming the swordsman population has dropped off from when I left the profession, just by looking at the frequency of posts on this boards - which is a good thing. I was working on a swordsman/doc combo back when people were doing corpse runs, and I enjoyed that I was unique.
Maybe that's the case again...

alot of ppl are ranged now. but in groups they always need a tanker..

But unfortunately there are so many Jedi now that a normal melee will hardly be called upon to tank anymore, since there's almost always a Master Defender around.

PH's are still the best all around wep for swordsman. If you get a decent one with low sac. The nk executer and sith sword are also very nice...but PH's are cheaper easier to get and mostly better if crafted properly.
