I have got hold of a nk destructor and want to try and get its stats higher that standard i have had the item sliced once so far for damage and speed. I also want to reduce the weapons sac using a pup. My questions are as followed who sells the pups ??
Do weaponsmiths fit them ?? and if a anti decay is applied to the weapon does the pup still wear out ??

Well I would have done a full DMG slice with Critical but you got some speed on it now so im not sure how that will turn out, better to ask a good smuggler. As far as an ADK, yes the pup will still run out. I get my pups from a 12pt smith. Hope this helps.

You want to get your powerups from a 12pt master artisan .It;s artisan exp. that is used on pups not weaponsmith Exp.
