Anyway, I got the other day and the slice turned out to be damage. It's something like 160-5505.5. I'm a master swordsman and I attacked a mob on datoonie. Roughly 10k (some dog thing)0 armor, and 15% blast resist. I wear no armor, only used one special ( a posture down in the middle), and used 1 stim B's which landed for abotu 400 health. At master level it swung a lot faster than I thought it would and the fight was over fairly quick. High normal hits of over 1000. It's really not a bad weapon now, but I'll still keep a good 2h curved for blast resistant mobs. I really don't know how well it would perform for abeginner though.
I'm at Noivce still and havea PHat 5.3 I find at my skill level, its too slow and misses to oftenat the lowernovice level. I find the speed of my 2h 249 2.3 is greatly more effective for me at the lower level of Swordsman then the PH is. I tend to miss 1 out of every 3-4 attempts, and 1 out of every 5 with a accuracy power up... at this lower end of the skill tree, missing and waitng at 5.3 does nothing but getmehurt more...
Ialso don't wear armor, so maybe armor can make up for the lack of advanced skill modifiers, I don't know... be interesting to hear from another lower level Novice using armour....
