done over 20k dmg to a tusken ....but that was a few patches ago... we have been slowly nerfed since then

13.4K to a lair?
Make the question more specific. Do you mean in a single hit? A bleed? Standing or knocked down opponent? Lair on the verge of destruction thus giving a multiplier to damage? Armoured or un-armoured? Powerhammer or Cleaver?
You can get some really out there damage numbers, but they don't really represent what you can expect in a normal combat situation...

I hit a StormTrooper for 23k a few months back, but our damage has gone down dramatically since then.

if there KD'd i can land upwards of 12k-15k with the PH. that is currently

i once hit a lair right off the first hit for 22k (then all the blast resists come in so it was most likely half of that.) and then after all the pickets were finished off i hit the lair again for 14k, but still with the blast resists on a lair it was most likely halfed as well.
