Thread: Getting around the huge HAM costs?
If you can't get a mind buff, drink one brandy and eat 2-3 ahrisa at 33fill each, or get some good canape. You will have no HAM cost on anything.
1400 being the magic # (I always thought it was 3 but oh well):
1) get a buff and put on your armor.
2) look at your mind encumbrances. Focus is what you need to be 1400.
3) Get a stat migration accordingly. I find that 1400 is not that criticle though.
If I get my focus (with 1 brandy) up to at least 1000, I like to put the rest into willpower.
I find that the extra regeneration helps just as much, since you are going to get hit in the mind sometimes

Correct me if I'm wrong but 12-13 Hammers are actually Ackley Hammers. I can't use a regular Hammer any more, it's just too hard on the HAM.
on my server there is a master dancer/musician who is always aroudn buffing for free. try to find one like this person on your server and your set
I always thought that 1500 was the magic number, guess I was wrong.
