i just recently purchused +9 2hanede melee speed attachement and was wondering if i could cap my 2.6 scythe when im also master brawler. Im possitive i cant cap my power hammer with it but it should help just wondering about the sythe for pvp mainly.

Thanx man aparently ive capped my scythe and im close on my hammer aswell. good times
