I just got my shcematic and was wondering if i should hold on to it and wait for a change in stats, and was alos wondering when we get these changes. thanks for any info

According to the devs in today's stratics chat there are no current plans to change the Executuioners Hack.

What a waste of development resources. Why did they even bother to make the hack if they were gonna make it suck so bad?

Cuz once the Combat Balance comes around it's supposed to be a lot better since all other 2handed weapon stats will be changed but the Hack's won't. So I'm collecting some now while they're cheap, also just bought a schem.

Got my own question too, anyone know if it takes any special peices? Like the de-10 takes the special barrel, I sure hope not cuz I'd rather not go searching through the DWB for weeks trying to loot something
