1 handed melee damage 1
2 hand melee speed -3
MINUS 3? What pray tell does this mean? Is this a desireable negative? or is it complete trash?
Just curious as I've just looting it.. scratchin me furry head.
Thanks,
Na

The 1-hand melee damage will only had *1* damage to your base attack. And minus 2-hand melee speed is very bad, you want to go faster not slower.

if it is a aa then usually the higher stat is counted not the lower ones. so i would say the - would do nothing

back in the days of yore, +/- used to be the same. In the old days, your -3 would work the same as a +3. I am pretty sure, however, that this was fixed long ago. So basically, just trash the thing! I hope you didnt loot it off of something big

I use to give those away as joke items... like "I hate you cause you're a rifleman, here take this bandolier with -10 rifle speed in it"

Don't throw that away. I could be worth alot some day.
Example:
Jane Doe loots a NS Elder for a +22 Melee speed, +20 Armorsmith Exp clothing attachment.
Now, the +22 is worth quite a bit, but the +20 is worth WWWAAAAAAAAAY more. No one wants to buy a +23 2h speed to counter this tape, do to the fact that 2h is also sought after and would cost too much. It has been tested and confirmed that having a high enough minus tape will counter these and make the second stat work.

By the way, 1 handed damage is a broken skill and the -3 will decrease your speed, so the item would be useless except in the situation as described in the prior post.
Although.... 2H speed seems to be going for more money than ANY other attachment type, so..... lol

That no longer works.
