I looted this yesterday off a high level NPC, it's an armor attachment with +12 ranged defense/ +15 2h melee speed. I can't get on to imagedump so I can't put up a pic.

I haven't really been into the whole loot hunting thing since the loot nerf, beensticking mostly to creatures. Is this thing any good?

(I don't post much hehe)

I hate to do this since it's starting to be camped like the dickens already, but Lord Nyax on Correlia. His lackeys drop mediocre stuff too, I looted ablaster power handler 10 min/ 20 max -0.6 speed a couple times.

Yes, that's very nice. Will just about get you to the speed cap for specials with a power hammer.
