3.7 speed

I bought two of them yesterday, and yes, I know they're speed sliced.

But still, wow.

Yes, I got some 5.4s with a good speed slice thatturned out the same

even if it has 5.4 spd all u need us master swordsmanand like a couple 2h speed attachments 10 would mean if the speed was 6.0 it would be the lowest possible speed

I actualy have a 2.9 PH and i was really suprised when i saw it..only cost me 80k..it really helps me level when im only 0/2/0/1

i have a 3.4 that goes down to 2.9 with a powerup

I got a 2.6 speed one. It cost my 130k but its well worth it. I went on a raid tonight and with only 30 mind left I ended up killing 6 guys, yea to of them where TKA's and two where riflemen the other two i'm not sure, but it was so dang fast and with only needing two mind hits to incap a guy they dropped like flies. I dont know how they missed me since I wasn't useing cob. I guess counterattack really does work...

Heh, I think we're talking "legal" weapons here..

You could get a hammer to 0.0s speed if you wanted pretty easily, but we all know what happens when you do
