Thread: The PVE Melee Class?

I am more of a PVE person rather than PVP, with this in mind, and post patch. Would Master Swordsman be better than a Blademaster if I had Master Brawler with both? I do not want to be Uber, just want to know where to put my time.
Sorry if somethin like this bein asked. Do not mean to be a bother.

I don't think anyone really knows what Swordsman will be like post-patch.. do they?

Swordsman is a great pve melee class. So is pikeman if you have a lot of accuracy tapes.

Blademaster is also good pve as you rarely if ever get hit once you engage cob, may take a you a lot longer to kill stuff but they won't hurt you whilst you do it

Yup. If a Master TKA and a MAster Swordsman dueled 10 times, the TKA would probably win at least 7 time.
BUT... put a Master TKA up against an Ancient Bull Rancor. With armor and buffs,he could probably take it down, but it would take A LOT longer than a Swordsman. A Master Swordsman, with armor and buffs, could take it down in less than a minute.
So TKA doesn't necessarily blow in PvE, but it isn't nearly as good as Swordsman.

for groups tkas can tank better than us so it doesnt matter if they are doin much dmg.
we can tank fairly well but also so a ton of dmg in the mean time.
when it comes to pve yes we are much better. ar2, anyone??

you need armor and buffs to kill a ancient bull rancor?
i spent a week of soloing the rancor cave three or more times a day... no armor, and no buffs, just luring them one at a time, and using my master brawler skills.
