I have seen a few that i dont know what they do:

2h melee counter attack

2h melee evasion

does 2h melee counter attack stack with the counter attack you get (the regular kind) and what exactly is 2h melee evasion?

It is my guess that they add on to your standard Counter Attack and Evasion skill modifiers, but only apply when wielding a 2H weapon.

I have a full set of 76% Kinetic Ubese (minus the helmet) and all of the pieces have armor attachments on them for 2H offense/defenseand general melee defenses. I have several of those on my setup, and IIRC, I have +4 on 2h counter attack and +2 on 2h melee evasion.

I don't pay that much attention to the combat log to tell you if they actually do anything or not...
