Thread: Swordsman and Rifleman Combo

I was just thinking and then an idea came over me. I am sure this has been thought of before by others, but I wanted to see how all of you think about this combination.
Master Swordsman + Master Rifleman.
Both concentrate on dealing damage to the mind pools. At long range, you can wreck havoc with your rifle, and then when the battle gets close, you can switch to your swords and then finish off the enemy.
What do you think? Let me ask this in the rifleman forum as well.

This was one of the uber PvP templates. However, after the next patch (2/12 I think) you will no longer be able to stack multiple bleeds. Currently SM/RM combo has 4 stackable mind bleed - devastating......

It would still kick ass for PVE though. You usually get off two or three shots of a rifle before they get close...then a few swings of the powerhammer...u could take just about anything down.

I use it, I don't play much though, i started them both in sept. and mastered em both bout 2 weeks ago. It is great for pve, pvp it's does fine as well, you have to be buffed and on spice/good food or yer toast. If you aren't you drain your own mind pool faster than you do damage! But before this patch I would just eat 2-3 ryshcates and a muon and I could spam any special I wanted for a long long time. Save the fishak for the the downer. New food will help out even more though, so I am looking forward to it, even though my bleeds are gone. Maybe they will look into stacking bleeds from seperate proffesions...

i think it said stackable per pool per player. so possibly going carbineer or pistoleer to bleed health or action and bleed the mind with swordsman. then do a random dmg attack. dunno how effective this could be, but maybe worth a shot.
