I just wanted to figure out which creatures and NPCs have 100% to Blast and Kinetic damage, so if you've seen one put it down thanks.

There is one npc who has 100% to all attacks. Forgot what the name is though

Yep, that Web Dancer...100% kenetic and blast.

I managed to mind bleed her all the way down to 1 point (yes it took a while), and then realised I had no other weapons on me to take off that last point of mind

Damn that was annoying.

Yeah those rockshapers are tough. I know they are 100% blast, dont remember about the kinetic. I was beating the heck out of one with my hammer and didnt even dent it. I had to pull out my FT and roast him.

Spiderclan Cave has some MOB's that cant be killed, Im pretty sure rockshapers have 100% kinetic resits and I know ancient stoneskin hanadacks have 90% kinetic and heavy armor which makes them a pain in the but too (why you would want to kill one is beyond me though).

100% kinetic

dont remember the blast tho.. prolly about 60-80%

I killed her, she's not unreasonably high Blast resist. She's not really very hard without her force powers, actually seems easier than NS Elders for some reason.
