its not possible akclay bones are for reinforecment cores not sword cores
and the scyth blade needs geo. sword cores

Many peeps have made acklay PH's but ever a acklay scythe.Is it because no one wants to or it can't go in or something??

The Acklay is the boss creature at the end of the Geonosian Lab POI on Yavin. It drops Acklay Bones that can be used as reinforcement cores (which are used in Hammers and Axes).

This seems to be a good thread for this question. I have heard of rancor teeth being used in sycthe blades, I am just wanting to see if that is recommended.

Rancor teeth replace sword cores, while scythes require geonosian sword cores. Rancor teeth will give you a higher max damage but a lower min damage along with a higher speed. Most rancor teeth aren't worth using.

my veiw on scythes
use normal sword cores geo blow and so do rancr teeth u will get better scythe of normal core.
if u can get geonosian solidifying agents 3 identical serials per scythe
cubes whits can be used as place holders green are useless in scythes red lowers ham cost not realy neccesary as who fights unbuffed nowadays, yellow dmg woooo but a pain in the ass to get in a set of 3 identical.
so in brief for best scythe u can get 3 geonosian solidifying agents, 3 geo yellow cubes, standard sword core.

Well the rancor teeth I intend on using will take awhile to get, but so will getting the cert to use the sycthe. 
A guildmate found +135dmg rancor teeth, which is what I'm hoping to have access to when I am able to use my sycthe. If I can find them would they be worth using?

the guys name is hedon he is at mos entha sorry dont have exact wp but if u come out of mos entha starport, theres a long wall to your right hes in the courtyard behind that wall.

Hedon Istee - he's in that long, shaded group of tables in Mos Entha.
I blew my chance at the scthe schematic unfortunately. Damn treasure chest popped up half in a large boulder and I couldn't find it untila split second beforethe Krayt killed me. You only get one shot at it, so make plan it carefully.
Guess I won't have scythe for a while as I don't have the 800k - 1 mill that everyone is asking for them atm.

What is the mission the Hedon Istee gives you for the scythe and how long will it take to complete?
