I am currently Master TKA and will be Master Swordsman in a day or so. I have been grinding but have found that I truly enjoy the Melee professions. I was planning on keeping TKA for a long time, but I have found that I really like Swordsman. So the question is, in order to keep grinding a few professions before Publish 10 I have to drop one of them. Any advice on what to keep? I don't do any PvP, mostly PvE.

well for PvE the swordsman is simply the best because of pure power. The TKA is very good for knocking people down and stun like specials but swordsman can lowerposture and do more damage.

I told myself I would never drop TKM, just because it is so nice to have. But since mastering Swordsman, I will start dropping everything but Mediation 4 of the TKA skills. I love my Scythe Blade.

i had the exact same problem when i wanted to do doc.. i was tkm and mhs.. couldnt decide which to drop. In the end i dropped tkm cause for PvE it isnt half as good as swordsman. However u might want to remember that as a swordsman u dont have as much defense. I found that i benefited a lot from having the tkm defense while using swordsman.. so its tough to lose that. But if like u said.. u dont PvP much then Swordsman is the way to go.

i have the current problem, if i want to go any further in swordsman i have to drop most of tkm

I am currently a Master Swordsman and Teras Kasi Master, and it is very difficult to choose between them, so personally, I choose to have both with a bit of Fencer Defense added in, it works out in the end, since I calculated. But, to answer your question, Master Swordsman or Teras Kasi Master for PvE, I would definitely choose Master Swordsman, as Teras Kasi can hit for maybe about max damage 2000-3000 max damage, and thats using Unarmed Hit 3, but with Swordsman, they can specifically target the mind, and if you get a good power hammer, you can do over 4000 damage to the mind pretty quick.

I have played both, currently I am a master TKA. Swordsman is massive targeted damage and great for pve. Power hammers have very low accuracy and didn't work to well for me in pvp. Everyone and their mom has 80% kinetic resist armor, but the knockdown/dizzy you have in TKA gives you a distinct advantage. You have more options for damage and specials in TKA, along with meditate and power boost. I enjoy TKA and wouldn't go back to swordsman at this point.
