I have a +4 Thrown Weapon Speed/ +7Two-Handed Melee Speed tape and would like to know how I can get the 2h speed to stick? I saw on the forums once stating I would need a +4 or higher Thrown Weapon Speed tape and would need to use it first, but I don't want to waste the tape. Anyone know?

The highest attribute sticks. You will have no problem with that attachment.

I'll have to see ifI have any other attachmentsI can test this with. I think I may have some I wouldn't mind donating to the cause if I can get this one to work.

The rules are:

  • Highest + modifer is the one that will stick.
  • If 2 are equally high, then the first alphabetically is the one that will stick.

If you have an attachment like +3 pistol accuracy, +2 2-hand melee speed, then to get the speed out of it, you need to add it to a piece of clothing/armor that already has +4 pistol accuracy.

You will get +7 2-hand speed with your attachment.
