Thread: I need PvP help!

I'll start this off with my template (no, I don't have a template question)
Speed Capped Master Swordsman
Fencer 0440
Master Brawler
Pikeman 0040
Novice Medic
So I did several duels last night, some against jedi, some against regular stackers. I realized that if I am intimdated and stunned, I can't even scratch a stacker. My head hits were quickly erased by the mind regeneration. Meanwhiile (as this was an unarmored duel) the stacker wailed away at my mind with TKA head hit, and I was dead within a couple of minutes. So, what should I do when I'm stunned and intimdated? (No, not doing doctor again!)

well, swordsman is very hard to duel,'cause very badaccuracy....you will miss alot
if you reallie want to duel with swordsman, get accuracy capped and eat accuracy food
then get yourself a 900 dmg ph, and some dotted weapon, it might help
if you try all these stuff and still dont work, im sorry, im no help

I would agree but the rareity of such good weapons and since you have hard time hitting your target imagine sticking the dot on without Master Pikes..

you need to learn some states yourself..im a stacker and when im fighting someone else who does that to me where i cant damage them.. i state them as well..no melee can defeat me..i either win or its a draw.. also accuracy will help alot.

So should I try to stun them with say a fencer or pikeman weapon?

yes stun helps..it reduces there damage output. but only use it if you can make stun stick fast. wont do any good if your spending 2 minutes trying to stun them while there whaling at you.

Drop everything but Mswords/Mbrawler.
Pick up doc 4030
Then, buy a bunch of curestate packs and have fun dueling people who rely on states... You might have problems with a TKM stacker, but they can't really hurt you anyways... Just make sure you've always got plenty of packs in your inv.

Or just put 80-90% kinetic armor on, and that TKM is shafted.

not nessissary.. im also a tkm and i can crack through some armor. it all depends on if you know what your doing or not.

So what would be your advice while fighting TKMs, I can never seem to dmg them. I'm not speed capped and don't have any mods, and I my temp is Master Swordsman/ Master Brawler/ 4440 fencer/ 0004 TK/ 2140 Medic and 0002 fs melee speed. So am I screwed or should I wait till I get speed capped and some accuracy and counter attack mods.

dang guys lol i knew that swg required tactics and everything but,, im learning alot of stuff reading this.. andi dont get how tolearn how to use swordsman right well not me in particualr but still any suggestions on tactics
